Where do you ship from?

  • Germany

When will you ship out the orders?

  • I'm a one-person business so it takes 2-5 work days to process your order. Orders are usually shipped during the weekend! To process means = the time it takes for me to print a shipping label and pack up your order!

How long will shipping take? 

  • Within Germany: 2-4 work days
  • Europe: 8-15 work days (Tracked Shipping) With no tracking please give it at least a month.
  • Over-seas orders (Canada, USA, etc): 15 - 30 work days (Tracked Shipping) With no tracking please give it at least 1-2 months

I changed my address / I wrote the wrong address

  • Please contact me ASAP! If you foresee yourself moving to another address in the next 1-3 months of placing your order, please consider putting down your new address as shipping will take time. Once orders have been shipped, the package is out of my hands and I will be unable to make any further changes.
  • Similarly, if you wrote the wrong address, please let me know ASAP so I may make the necessary changes. To avoid this, please double-check your order details before payment. If you notice that there are errors in your address after the order has been shipped, I will be unable to make any changes. In some cases, the package will be rerouted back to me and I will then contact you, HOWEVER, shipping rates must be paid again if you wish for the package to be reshipped. Please note that these types of errors are NOT subject to refunds/reshipment!

Import Cost

  • Please remember when purchasing anything from the shop, the buyer (that’s you) might have to pay import tax on the order when it comes into your country! I am not liable for these charges, so for you it’s something to keep in mind!

I will not replace or refund lost UNTRACKED orders.
For TRACKED orders, we will offer refund (-shipping fee) if the order is lost

  • Please understand that as I'm a small business, I cannot offer replace/ resend for lost order due to limited inventories
  • Lost order means in this case = stuck at the same status for 4+ months/ status says untrackable
  • I am not responsible for orders lost after status says delivered
